Valby is a neighbourhood in development, with a rich history behind it and an exciting future ahead. We want to be a local church in and for Valby, reaching out to, serving and building up people.
Jeppe is the Location Pastor in Valby and also serves as HAVEN’s Communications Manager.
On the 1st Sunday of each month, we gather at our Copenhagen Northwest location at 10:30 AM for a joint service.
The service in Valby starts at 10:30 AM, but you’re welcome to arrive from 10:00 AM, when the doors are open and coffee is ready.
There is a children’s church during the service, so the kids can have an engaging experience and something to take with them home.
On the 3rd and 4th Sunday of each month, we also have a special church program for 11–14-year-olds.
Simultaneous interpretation into English is available during the service.
We meet in person and online every Sunday at 10:30 AM. Church for Kids takes place during the services.
Our services typically last around 90 minutes. We always start by welcoming everyone, followed by a time of worship and a sermon with an opportunity to respond to God’s Word and presence.
Afterwards, we always spend time together over coffee in the café.
The children join us for the beginning of the service. After the second worship song, they go with our children’s ministry team to Church for Kids. Read more about Church for Kids here.
There will always be someone ready to welcome you outside the church before the service. After the service, we’d love to meet you at our Connect Stand in the café.

In Copenhagen Northwest, you can park in the large parking lot directly across from the building, on the other side of the road. Parking is free on Sundays.
In Valby, we recommend using the side streets, where parking is usually available on Sundays. As of 1 April 2025, parking is unfortunately no longer free and costs DKK 16 per started hour. The first hour is free.
In Lyngby, we also recommend using the side streets, where parking is usually available on Sundays.
