Copenhagen Northwest is a vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of Copenhagen, home to people from many generations. We want to be a church that is present in the city and works towards spiritual, cultural and social renewal.
Jacob is the Lead Pastor of HAVEN and also serves as a pastor in Copenhagen Northwest.
Kenneth is a pastor responsible for services and our creative team (worship and production).
We open the doors at 10:00 AM, with fresh coffee ready, and the service begins at 10:30 AM.
On the first Sunday of each month, we have a joint service together with the Valby and Lyngby locations.
During the service, we have Church for Kids and T(w)eens. The children leave together after the second worship song, while T(w)eens stay until the worship time ends.
Simultaneous interpretation into English is available during the service.
We meet in person and online every Sunday at 10:30 AM. Church for Kids takes place during the services.
Our services typically last around 90 minutes. We always start by welcoming everyone, followed by a time of worship and a sermon with an opportunity to respond to God’s Word and presence.
Afterwards, we always spend time together over coffee in the café.
The children join us for the beginning of the service. After the second worship song, they go with our children’s ministry team to Church for Kids. Read more about Church for Kids here.
There will always be someone ready to welcome you outside the church before the service. After the service, we’d love to meet you at our Connect Stand in the café.

In Copenhagen Northwest, you can park in the large parking lot directly across from the building, on the other side of the road. Parking is free on Sundays.
In Valby, we recommend using the side streets, where parking is usually available on Sundays. As of 1 April 2025, parking is unfortunately no longer free and costs DKK 16 per started hour. The first hour is free.
In Lyngby, we also recommend using the side streets, where parking is usually available on Sundays.
Absolutely! If you can’t join us in person, you can watch the service live or watch the sermon afterwards on our YouTube channel from our Lyngby location.
